2. Purpose of the website and booking services
The website provides information about services, prices, professional focus and contact options. Submitting the contact form or simply visiting the website does not create a contract for the provision of services.
The specific date, scope, location, price and other service terms are agreed in subsequent communication. If a service is provided through another facility or partner, that provider’s booking and payment terms may also apply where the client is informed in advance.
3. Pricing and website content
The operator aims to keep the information on the website current and accurate. Unless expressly stated otherwise, website information is provided for information purposes and may be updated over time.
Website content does not replace an individual medical examination, diagnosis or urgent medical care. For acute or serious health problems, you should contact an appropriate healthcare professional.
4. Google Maps Platform and reviews
The website uses the Google Places API to display publicly available Google reviews. By using Google Maps Platform features and content, the user agrees that the Google Maps / Google Earth Terms apply. Google processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, graphic elements, the logo and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Without the operator’s prior consent, they may not be reproduced, published or used beyond what is permitted by law. Rights to third-party content remain with their respective owners.
6. Website availability and external links
The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability and may change its content or technical implementation over time. The website contains links to external services and third-party websites; their operators are responsible for their content and availability.
7. Alternative consumer dispute resolution
If a dispute arising from a service contract between the operator and a consumer cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic.
